2. Upon receipt of the statement, once the statement is confirmed to be true, we will take the reported information offline within 1 working day (weekends and holidays will be postponed).
3. For statements that meet the formal requirements, we will notify the complained party that the allegedly infringing products have been removed and provide the complained party with the contact information of the brand owner for direct contact with them.
4. If the complained party objects to taking down the allegedly infringing product, it may file an appropriate rebuttal notice with us, indicating that it disputes the statement. In response to this rebuttal notice, we may continue to retain the products released by this manufacturer until the complainant provides the relevant legal documents to prove that this product infringes intellectual property rights.
